i've been surprised of facilities. There are an excellent wifi, a kitchen in the room, relatively large refrigerator, a really big balcony with lounges and ocean view, included breakfast was really not bad

Clean and ideal hotel, convenient location close to promenade. Cheap rooms with very clean beds, good value. Savoury and top class breakfast with bacon prepared by professional staff.

The rooms here are spacious and well-lit, equipped with multi-channel TV and a desk; the staff is very kind and pleasant, and the beds are incredibly cozy.

If you want self-contained comfort by the beach, go to Hotel Faycán. You can go out in your swimming costume and leave your key at reception and be on the beach in less than thirty seconds. The sea at Las Canteras beach is beautiful, safe and clean. It is lovely to hear the waves at night, as you drift to sleep. The hotel is also very close to good restaurants, including a very nice Lebanese one. A good place for a relaxing break.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Las Palmas and had a great experience. The staff at Crisol were incredibly helpful and responded promptly to my emails before my arrival. They even surprised us with a free upgrade to a beautiful 6th floor apartment with a big terrace when they found out we were getting engaged. The location of the hotel was perfect, just off the promenade and a short walk to Las Canteras beach. The room had plenty of storage space and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the continental breakfast had a good selection to accommodate different diets. The hotel also provided free wifi, although the signal was not the best in the room. The lobby had two computers with fast internet access available for guests, and there was a small self-catering kitchen with a fridge and hot plates. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room is cheap and huge with large windows. the staff is extremely friendly and amicable. - the breakfast is tasty with bacon, lots to choose from.

Very nice staff, simple but filling breakfast, clean rooms.It's close to the beach and to the bus station, got perfect location if you want to spend time on the beach and travel around to see more of the island.

Hotel's location is very good, 50 meters to Las Canteras beach, I had ocean view from my room. Free wi-fi in the room. A breakfast was ok. But the room itself is really basic, it suitable if you spend most of your time on the beach.

Internet connection worked not really stable.Cold floor and low lighting in the room and bathroom.

I like the people in the reception. Allways friendly and helpful. The ladies who cleaned my room.
